Turtle Beach Recon Controller , headset not working on t2

Hello ,

I just got the new turtle beach recon wired controller, the problem is that when my headset is plugged into this controller which is plugged into the t2 I have no microphone or sound in the headset whereas with another official xbox controller no headset worries when it is plugged into the t2.

I would have liked to know if the controller is fully compatible with the t2 because for the moment it is impossible to use it via the t2 as I have no sound with it.

I would like to point out that when the controller is not connected to the t2 but directly to the console, the headset connected to it by cable works without a hitch.
