Expansion kit sync errors with xbox x and elite 2

I am using xbox series x, titan 2 with expansion kit module and an elite series 2. I am getting this connection error.

I have reformated and configured, unplugged and plugged. The t2 read AU on screen and the controller is no longer paired to the xbox. Sometimes it doesn't show error but i cannot control anything on the xbox.
Any ideas?
