Disconnecting from ps4 with Xbox Adaptive Controller

I have the Xbox Adaptive Controller connected to the Titan Two in input A, which is then attached to the PS4. I am using the PS5 remote play method to play on the ps5 from the ps4. I am having an issue where the Controller will last 5 minutes then disconnect and reconnect, this usually lasts a second. I have it set to USB Playstation 5. I have also tried USB Playstation 4 and Auto. When they are used it will last about 5 minutes, however instead of disconnecting and reconnecting it will just disconnect. The only way I can get it to work again is by reconnecting the Titan two to the PS4.

I assumed that the timeout would only occur if it is attached to the PS5? This can be especially frustrating in racing games when trying to corner. That second is too much and causes me to crash.
