Surface Dial compatibility

I don't even know how you'd go about doing this since it's bluetooth only, but I would like to be able to use it as a wheel in Arkanoid/Space Invader and the like.

Not sure what this is if it sends mouse/key inputs you'd need to connect it to the PC via bluetooth then use KMG capture.

It sadly does not work that way. I also don't have bluetooth on my PC to use it for that
