Error 137 Failed to download content

Error 137 Failed to download content. Trying to get it to Firmware. Has not been used in years so maybe just to old (shrug).

Tried: a factory reset:

1) Unplug the device.
2) Hold both the up and down arrows.
3) Plug PROG into the PC whilst still holding the up and down arrows.
4) Open Gtuner>Tools>Check for updates.

Has P on the device, turned off antivirus, restarted computer, changed cables, uninstalled and reinstalled gtuner, gave admin rights

Do you remember when/where you purchased?

I believe from the main site, in 2017. I checked Amazon and no orders for it. My bank only goes back 18 months so could not verify.

Thanks mate. I think your device may have been unlicensed by mistake. If you could send your device serial in a private message I'll try and get it sorted for you.

When you connect the device the serial number is displayed in Gtuners output panel. Right click and copy it.
It will look like this:

Connect: TITAN TWO [ED36FFFF643AF0E23953343638362020FF0A0B48] connected (Power-on)

I having this same issue no matter what I do it’s failing to download content, is there anyone that can help with this?
