Please Help - Elite Series 2 Controller Paddle Issue

I had a controller update on xbox, and now the gtuner software doesn't recognize any of my paddle inputs. i checked in the device accessories on xbox and all 4 paddles remain "unmapped" on xbox like always, however, even when i plug my controller into my cpu/gtuner4 software, it doesnt recognize the paddles being pressed at all.

how can i fix this?

update: tried my friend's elite 2 controller (hasn't updated it yet on xbox) and it works...i'm guessing the T2 firmware/software isnt updated to reflect the new update yet?

Hi,

I notified Jefferson of this issue and it was the paddle identifiers that had changed. He did fix it for the next update but has not released it yet - assuming he wants to finish other stuff before uploading. I will see where he's at.

It is possible to revert the elite to previous firmware to get it working until then.

No Jefferson hasn't uploaded the fix yet. He did say he'd be back soon from dealing with a personal matter so I assume he'll work on other stuff for the update before releasing.
