Hello,

I am a new user of titan two. I got it from Taobao this month but not the official retailer. And Gtuner show "Failed to download content" after I plug it into my computer.

I already sent two emails through "Contact US" because I got an "Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender" message in the first time and I am not sure was it sent successfully in the second time.

So may I ask for help on this on forums?
