TITAN TWO Flashing lights and cannot connect

I had been using my titan two for 2 months but yesterday it suddenly couldn't connect. All the lights are flashing and blinking, including the LED light, the number, and the output/prog light. Even when I'm not connecting it to the PC, only connected with the external power supply, the number and LED flashes and I cannot select the scripts I installed, so I'm pretty sure it's a kind of a power issue, not a connection issue. Also, my friend's titan two works fine on my external power supply and micro-USB cables.

Any idea or solution? I think my firmware is up to date as I just updated it a few days ago when it worked normally.

Try different USB cables.
If it still happens try a factory reset:

1) Unplug the device.
2) Hold both the up and down arrows.
3) Plug PROG into the PC whilst still holding the up and down arrows.
4) Open Gtuner>Tools>Check for updates.
