Titan 2 Issue

Hi Guys
Hope you can help.

I havnt used my Titan 2 in a couple of months and have just tried to get it going again and having issues.

I first plugged it straight into the ps as normal as there were packs previously loaded onto it but the number just started spinning around.

I then took it out and plugged the usb into prog and into the back of the laptop with gtuner open.
I have loaded up that latest updates within Gtuner but I just cannot get it to see the device.

I have a constant red P and on the screen the number is kinda spinning around.

I have held down both buttons and when I get the P also on screen it makes no difference.

Any ides what I can do here?

Did you check for updates after doing this? This will factory reset the device.

yeah I have done the "check for update" loads of times but makes no difference.
It does say within the update screen though - device not connected, skipping firmware update check.

Not sure how it can reset the device when it cant see the device.

I also tried to reinstall gtuner to see if that makes any difference but nothing changes

No error codes in Gtuners output panel?

Only other suggestion is cables and trying different USB ports on the PC.
I understand you tried 4 but the T2 requires high quality data cables and can be picky. If you've got the short USB cable it came with try that for PROG.

Otherwise contact the retailer you purchased from.

yeah have also tried multiple usb ports also.

Guess its dead.
