Titan II not working.

I've had for about a year.
Worked fine on XB1X and PS4.
Was working fine on XBSX and PS5 for about 3months then stopped conecting to consoles or controllers not working. Would either be only 1 green light or red lights.
So I started useing it on my old xb1x and ps4, but now it wont work on those anymore.
Just wanted to give you a chance to look into this. As for me its going to sit in box with all my old controllers never to be taken out again.

Try different USB cables and make sure to set the output correctly in gtuner>device configuration.
For PS5 you need to use remote play. viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18760
For Series consoles if the controller doesn't power on you need to hard reset by holding the console power button down for 10~ seconds.

I'm having a similar problem, the Xbox controller will randomly de-sync mid game and the A port will be red after. I've spent over $150 on cables, all configurations are setup exactly how the instructions say to set it up and I still have this issue at least twice a day.
