Hi,

Ali Express appear to have stock of Titan Two's currently. I just wanted to know, I am aware these are not "licensed". Please can you explain what this means? Are they safe to purchase?

Also, I believe that they need unlocking. How do I go about doing this?

They are legitimate devices but not official retailers so to update the device you need a $30 license which you can message me for.
