Output light not lighting up, Titan not connecting to Switch

Basically the title. It was working up until recently, until I took the switch out of the dock.

The titan two is still taking inputs, and the output protocol is set correctly. Also tried a different cable and different USB on the switch already, and force rebooted the switch. No clue why it's not working.

Any suggestions?
