It appears to be a common problem, why don't you post here on how to resolve it so everyone else can know aswell?
Just curious.

(Unless you're PM individuals to advise that the device is no longer supported and the developer has gone AWOL for the last 2 years?)

This error means the device was purchased from an unofficial retailer so it requires purchasing a license. Personal details are sent in PM.

PS. Is it even possible for these people to purchase a license with Jefferson not being around?

Yeah, I was told to email Jefferson to no avail. Apparently he's not answering and if you can't provide your proof of purchase no matter how long you've had it, its treated as an unauthorized version where basically they won't help you and you are stuck with a purchased item that won't work. In other words, this thread is a waste of time unless you have a recently purchased Titan Two and can provide proof, if you tossed your reciept from 6 years ago and you are in this predicament, your Titan Two is a glorified paper weight.
