Titan 2 flashing red

Just received my new titan and p flashing red when I connect to pc tried rebooting the firmware the light turns green with p indicator while it loads then soon as it hits 100% it goes back to flashing red. Need Help used 4 different pc all 11th gen i7 or higher and tried different cables nothing works as it flashes red

I'd return it to whoever you bought it from.
