Never seen CPU Error before, most likely a faulty device but worth emailing J2Kbr using the contact us form; https://www.consoletuner.com/contact-us/

Before doing this, try a factory reset:
1) Unplug the device.
2) Hold both the up and down arrows.
3) Plug PROG into the PC whilst still holding the up and down arrows.
4) Open Gtuner>Tools>Check for updates.

What are your connections? What scripts are you using? What is your setup? I remember early the Titan 2 development, we had some forced feedback (FFB), LED, and other functions that could create CPU usage and memory errors. This may be related to it. Does this occur if no scripts are loaded?

I haven't set up or used any script yet, but simply connected PROG and OUTPUT cables, the device has been reconnecting, disconnecting, and connecting. When it is connected, there will be a CPU ERROR prompt. After a while, the device will be disconnected again. After trying to replace the cables and restore the factory settings, the problem still exists

Try high quality data transfer cables, cheap cables will cause issues.
If the issue persist try the factory reset method I posted above, else best to send it back to the person you bought it from.
