My titan two device is out of order and needs to be guaranteed. Amazon asked me to contact you for warranty. What can I do to get in touch with you?

Warranty terms are up to the seller you purchased from. If you purchased from the recent amazon seller you can safely return it for a refund amazon is good that way.

The seller told me that he was a reseller and that the product return channel had been closed on October 17th, 2022. He told me that I needed to contact consoletuner for warranty.
