Question about titan 2 Ps5 wired mic

Is there a way to fix this issue?
When I connect my titan 2 to my PS5 I can not speak in a party. But if I disconnect my titan 2 and just plug usb into PS5 it connects. Sometimes my controller is unresponsive when the titan 2 is connected but if I disconnect it it’ll work fine is there any solutions to this?
