Unable to get Titan 2 to work with PS4

Hi All, Been using it with various consoles without issue however it’s suddenly stopped working on PS4! I can get 1 controller to work however not both working. I’ve basically being using it with a 2 controller setup essentially similar to co-pilot as my son is disabled. The output light is yellow however I’ve tried everything I can think of including different controllers/cables all without success!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First-time Configuration
On the PlayStation 4, enable wired communication:
Settings → Devices → Controllers → Communication Method: Use USB Cable.
Configure the Output Protocol of the Titan Two to USB Automatic or USB PlayStation 4.

Thank you for this. I feel like an idiot as the reason it wasn’t set was we were using a different PS4. All sorted, much appreciated.
