J2Kbr I think you should add a note about the config change necessary to download updates as a beta testers. Save yourself having to answer the same question over and over:)
Setup: XIM Apex, T2, K780 keyboard, G Pro Wireless mouse, SteelSeries 4HD pad, DXRacer armrest, LucidSound LS30 headset, Netduma router, Ubiquiti UniFi AP LR

This is not required anymore. I made changes on the server to ignore that config for now.

Re: Welcome to the Titan Two Open Beta
When the Beta is complete, will the product change at all?
I mean physical housing, not the software.
Im wondering just in case you may have to recall them to fix stuff.
If it just software, I'm buying asap.
Love my Titan1, but cant use xbox Elite mic!
Thanks
Steve

The hardware will not change, all good there. Only will be software and firmware updates.......Pretty much done except for a lot of extras they will take time to finish which is the reason still in beta. You may buy now and have a blast! Also if you search the forum you will see headsets working which I myself haven't tested to many mic's but have tested my PC Razor headset on my elite controller which it worked. Broke my good headset which I will replace soon. Lets put it this way that I haven't put my T1 back in the console since getting the T2! Hope this helps.........

Re: Welcome to the Titan Two Open Beta
Will the retail version come with the bluetooth module? If not, how much would shipping cost for it? Or would it be better if I waited for it?

The bluetooth module will be sold separately and we don't know when it will be ready. You should wait if you don't want to play wired.

Re: Welcome to the Titan Two Open Beta
How does the Titan Two recieve microphone inputs does it need a controller? Or can i plug my microphone into a usb to make it work as well.I have an adapter for headphones but my controller doesn't the controller i use has no microphone jack and i would like to see mic become compatible by itself and be used in voice commands with the titan two for easier macros.

Re: Welcome to the Titan Two Open Beta
Right now the Titan Two either needs an official controller to allow pass through of the mic, or a USB mic that can go straight through to the console. There is no support for voice commands as of yet, I'll let J2Kbr say if that is something that will be possible farther down the line. There is no way currently to use a microphone standalone with the Titan Two. It has to do with the method in which the data stream is passed through from the controller to the console and is why the official controller of the console itself has to be used.
