Yes this one will work with the 4.0x1.7 yellow plug and 7.5v.
But be careful to plug it correctly to inner positive.
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.

My power supply looks like this one but is 30W and max 2A where in your link the pic shows max 1.2A. You should look for an other one because the recommended power is 2A!

What are these connection kits for? I just bought a T2 from factory... does it not already include the cables I need to hook it up an go? I'll be running mine with a xim4 (already bought a power supply)

The base Titan Two package includes one cable that you can use for programming and also to connect the device to the console.

For use with XIM4 just the power supply is recommended, no need for the Connection Kit.

What about the PS One Power Adaptor? Seems suitable, or not?
