I have no device monitor. Ok so I have to plug Titan two to the Xbox. I also have power adapter connected with Microsoft wireless adapter connected. Everything works plugged up. PS 4 do not work wireless. I was under the impression I can plug the Titan two in power adapter across the room wireless connection to systems and controllers

Try this. Make sure in that command that you enter your sd card's drive letter and not necessarily the one in the screenshot.

Make sure you’ve plugged the titan two into your computer (with the adapter in slot 1) then go into device management and format your SD card. It’ll download 2 files an it’ll save them in your SD card. Then connect your titan two to the Xbox using the usb cable that came with the device. Make sure it’s plugged into output and into the back of the Xbox. Start up the Xbox then pair your elite controller to the adapter by holding the little buttons on top of both. After all that it should work, I went through the same problems on my Xbox One X and elite controller. Oh an as of right now ive only got the older version wireless adapter to work. The newest version has disconnecting issues for me.

I only have the new version, but my disconnects are only very occasional. Few times a week maybe. Still annoying when it happens, but I’m happy overall with its performance.

Any idea on when the new version will be fully supported?

Im having the same issue, regardless of using the new or old wireless adapter.

Im using an Xbox One Elite controller on ps4.

The titan is plugged into the PS4
The wireless dongle is plugged into input A
A dual shock is plugged into input B

Sometimes I get hours of play without any issues. Sometimes though, it disconnect 3 times within a few minutes.

I have run into 3 types of disconnects:

1. The rumble becomes briefly disabled but the controller continues to work, then the light on the wireless adapter turns off but I can still play, then a few minutes later the xbox controller will disconnect

2. The light on the wireless adapter stays on but the controller flashes and disconnects

3. The wireless adapter light turns off and so does the controller.

It happens mostly when playing fortnite, and I dont know if this is accurate, but it seems to disconnect more often when there is a lot going on both with my button presses and whats on screen

its pretty frustrating to have it happen so often yet so randomly.

Any help would be appreciated. As I noted, I have tried both the new and old adapters and I have similar results.

Thank you Omy77 for your input here, as temporarily workaround please disable the FFB on the port you have the Wireless Adapter plugged.
