TITAN TWO: Having problems with wired Keyboard and Mouse

Hello everyone, I'm here for a problem concerning the connection of wired mouse and keyboard to the ps4 through titan two...it doesn't work...I managed to follow Uncanny Xclan's instructions from the video tutorial on his youtube channel, but no positive result...I don't know, maybe because my mouse and my keyboard are set in Italian, or maybe is the type (or brand) of mouse and keyboard i'm using (corsair both, k95 rgb platinum and glaive rgb)...i may have to change something in the settings..don't know..I really would appriciate some help! In today's day I will provide, work permitting, the exact model numbers of my mouse and keyboard. Is it everything you need to eventually find a solution to my problem, or i'm missing something? if yes, can you tell me everything you need to hel me out?

you might want to copy/paste the descriptors too, they may need those to add support --- from ICC

Thank you for posting the descriptors, I will be checking shortly.

Just confirming, along with connecting the keyboard and mouse, have you also loaded an Input Translator in the Titan Two? This step is needed as it will instruct the Titan Two how to use the inputs from K/M for the game you are playing.

to answer your question, I used both the input translator suggested in the video tutorial of Uncanny Xclan and an imput translator created by me for The Division...They both work using the KM capture mode (and I would like to clarify that with this method I am sometimes forced to disconnect the T2 from the ps4 and re-attach it, because it stops working), but i didn't buy this device only for using it with the capture mode...To be very precise, i did exactly what the "wired Keyboard and mouse" video tutorial says...from connecting the various devices to the USB dedicated to inserting the input translator into the concerned slot in the GTuner IV (updated to the last firmware) etc. etc. Hopefully, I've been exhaustive and precise in detailingmy problem I'll be waiting for a solution, and if you need some more clarifications just ask.

this might be because of authentication... there are a few ways to avoid the 10 minute timer, but just plug in the PS4 controller ... otherwise, this shouldnt be happening
