Please help

Hello, I just acquired the T2, I downloaded the translator for M / KB for battlefield 1 and the gamepack to the same slot both, the problem is that when I enter the game and I want to shoot, the T2 is disconnected. Someone help me please

The purple light is expected, means the gamepack is running.

Please check and confirm if you have the latest firmware installed in your Titan Two (as for today version 0.98.1.38). thanks.
