Hi, community, I'm new to the Titan One, and I was unsure of whether to start a new thread or not, but my question relates to this topic. I wanted to know if I can use an Xbox One Elite controller or Scuff controller wirelessly on PS4 through the Titan? Thanks.

Hi Nemesis. Welcome to our forums.

I believe I replied an email from you this morning. below a copy:

The Xbox One controller is supported with USB cable, wireless support for Xbox One controller still in development. The Xbox 360 scuff controller is supported wireless with the XB360 wireless receiver.

Both controllers can be used on PS4, please note for crossover play on PS4 (e.g. use XB1 controller on PS4) there are two options. One is the partial crossover support, which has a 10 minutes reconnection. The reconnection takes less than 1 second and, in most cases, can't be noticed. The PS4 partial crossover is disabled by default and it must enabled in the device setting.

The second option is use the MaxAim DI plugin, here you don't need to worry about reconnection, however this approach requires you to have a PC near to the PS4. The MaxAim DI captures the inputs from the Xbox One controller connected on PC, converts these inputs according to layout you made and, through the Titan One device, it sends your commands to console.

For example, the connections required to use on PS4:

(1) Titan One on PS4
(2) Titan One on PC (mini-USB cable)
(3) PS4 controller on Titan One
(4) Your Xbox One controller on PC

Thanks, J2Kbr. Maybe the email is in my spam folder, I didn't see it. Will there be full crossover support in the future, or is that a PS4 limitation? Also, do you anticipate any response lag once wireless support is introduced?

There's also something a little outside the box I want to try. Has anybody ever ran their PS4 through the HDMI In port on the Xbox and tried to operate it with the Xbox controller that way, since it's technically the Xbox that's accepting the input?

Full crossover support will be possible with our upcoming device -the Titan Two- which is currently under beta testing with some users. :joia:

In regards response lag with wireless support, technically wireless connections have more latency than wired connections, but I don't expect any human noticeable extra lag.

Hi,
I am using the following script:

Code: Select all
    unmap PS4_SHARE;
    remap XB1_VIEW-> PS4_TOUCH;

main {
    if(get_val(XB1_P2)) {
    set_val(PS4_SQUARE, 100);
    }

     if(get_val(XB1_P4)) {
    set_val(PS4_TRIANGLE, 100);
    }
}

And umapped P2 and P4 in the XBox Accessoires software (using the Elite controller with MaixAim on my Ps4). But when I ress the paddles then nothing happens? Any idea why?

Your script seems to be right.

Just confirming: the script is loaded on MaxAim or Titan One? Thanks,
