Big Bug on Gtuner pro software in windows 10 64bit

Postby superpowter77 » Sun Sep 10, 2017 2:12 am

I am unable to properly see the option window to adjust my PS4 controller options in gtuner pro. For some unknown reason, it does not allow me resize the options window(secondary pop-up window) and it is hiding/overlapping some of the options I need to select for my PS4 controller. I tried with the built-in touch pad, with an external mouse, with my fingers, and nada. This is a brand new Lenovo yoga laptop with a 13.3 inch touch screen, i7 CPU,16gb ram and 512 SSD drive. It is running windows 10 64 bit and latest gtuner software. I only have 2 Macs at home with no windows on them to try out. I already tried everything including reinstalling windows, reinstalling the gtuner software and even resizing the font menu from windows 10 with no Success. I am not going to buy a new PC laptop or desktop just because of this! Maybe gtuner pro does not like crazy high resolution screens. I even tried setting the screen at lower resolutions as 1080p with no success. Can anybody help here?

Please check on the Windows setting the text size and DPI scaling, set those values to the default values (100%). Alternatively you could use virtual Machines to run Gtuner Pro.

Side note: Gtuner IV (for the Titan Two) has support for high-dpi monitors.

I ran into the same issue a while back as superpowter77. It sounds like we have the same laptop. I can confirm J2Kbr's recommendation as a work around. On Windows 10, go to 'Display settings' > Scale and layout > set 'Change the size of text, apps, and other items; to 100%. I think the factory default is 250%. Windows will require you to logout to apply the new font size.

It's critical that you "Sign Out" of windows before it will work. Now it works great for me. Thank you.
