Titan one won't work
I have a new titan one and I try to get it updated but it says:
Can't update firmware (Error code: 3)
please contact our support team
and then it asks for a device serial number and I don't know where to find it

Please PM the serial number of your device (the one that is shown with error code 3 message). Thank you.

Re: Titan one won't work
I hate to bring up a previous thread. But I'm running into the same issue on my TitanOne. I updated to the latest v2.65 firmware over the weekend and it worked fine on my computer. I unplug it to play on my Xbox One and now it doesn't work. I plugged it back into my computer and it shows Firmware v0.00 and gives me the "Can't update Firmware (Error Code: 3)" message.
The only solution I found was this thread and it involves finding the serial number, and I can't seem to find that information anywhere. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Titan one won't work
As a first troubleshooting procedure, please re-flash the firmware using the recovery mode, as explained here:

It may be necessary double press the reset button to enter in the programing mode (P).

I saw a post on recovery mode and already tried that. I got the same "Can't Update Firmware. Error Code: 3" message. Is there anything else that will work?

When this error message is shown, it does not contains the device's serial number?

Nope. When I am in programming mode (P showing on Device), and try to reflash the firmware, I get the same error (Can't update firmware. Error Code: 3) and a blank box asking for a serial number. I'm not sure what happened since flashing the device to v2.65 and using it on my computer, but since disconnecting it from the computer it has been completely unusable. The software sees the device as connected, but shows v0.00 for firmware and won't let me flash it to try and fix it.

Thank you for checking. Tomorrow I will be back to my office and check what is error 3 (don't recall exactly from memory, but I think is something related with SN).

Error 3 is "Serial number invalid".
I have also checked the firmware update logs and I believe to have found your attempts. In the logs the serial number field is empty and the installed firmware version is reported as 0.00.
This is very unusual, it seems your device is not informing to Gtuner Pro its serial number and FW version.
Please open the plastic case of your device. Near the USB connector that goes to the console you can find the board revision (e.g. Rev 2.10), let me know what is written on yours.
Thank you,
