Hello, take a look here to know how to use Combo Magick:

And let us know where you have an issue.

While running a plugin (e.g. Combo Magick), you can also have the Gtuner's Device Monitor opened. By doing so, it is possible to check if the controller inputs are being detected by the Titan One device.

Please check if after plugging the controller on the Titan One, using a micro USB cable, the bottom dot on the device’s display turns off. If not, please try other USB cable to check if the controller works.

After plugging the controller in the Titan One, it is expected the bottom dot to turn off (meaning the controller was detected and it is operational).

If you already tried others USB cables, please also try others controllers (if your have). If no other controller makes the bottom dot turns off, it may means the input USB on the device has some sort of defect.
