Gtuner 3.25 unable to retrieve data from server

Hello everyone,,
I just got my titan one today. I started up gtuner to start programming and it said I need to update gtuner and the titan one fw. I updated gtuner and then I restart and its unable to connect to server....? what do I do now? im on windows 8.1
and I don't have antivirus installed so it isn't that. windows firewall is off. I have already triedn uninstalling and reinstalling. nothing works. cant retrieve data info for gtuner...

For me it is working.

Normally the cause of what you are describing is the AV or Firewall blocking Gtuner Pro to connect to the internet. However, you have already checked that.

Are you using proxy? this may also cause connection issues with Gtuner Pro.
