I recently purchased the Titan One, but every time I plug it into my computer with the GTuner Pro software running, it always says the device is disconnected, and the device flashes “1” and “3”. I’ve looked through forums but haven’t had any luck with fixing it. aim using the latest GTuner Pro Software (v3.60) with no luck. Also, I have tried 3 different Micro USB cables with still the same issue. Any ideas how to fix this device?

Based in your description it seems the device hardware is defective (E1 = hardware defect). I am sorry for the issue. Please contact the retailer you purchased the device for a replacement. Here, at consoletuner.com, we don't have access to stock or units. This is totally handled by our retailers.
