Is there a way to record controller input?

So I'm currently playing Black desert online and doing AFK fishing, the issue is once my inventory is full I have to manually take my charecter to an NPC to sell my fish. So what I was wanting to do was put my charecter in a specific location, turn on the script, it starts to fish and then in 30 mins it runs to the close by NPC to sell the fish and then back to the starting position.

As it's so specific to my needs, it's almost impossible to write what I need. So I was wondering if there was a program that whilst using the titan one, would record what I press on the controller and then convert it into a script.

Any help would be appreciated!
