DRM 14 max shot per seconds

Hi does any one now? If not can anyone make me a script to find out
Up and down on Dpad do one spot per second and left and right up and down point per second so if I did
Up 3x and right 3x would be 3.3 per seconds
Does that make sense? Thank you
