Looks great. I'll test this out tomorrow. Thank you again. :)

Works brilliantly. Thanks hugely. Uploaded to the GPC library (search on "Accessibility") with credit to you. Lots of possibilities with this. :)

Got an unusual request for help, linked to accessibility, but I'm not sure if this is even possible. Hoping someone can help, please. I'd like to create a custom profile that will mess up controls, randomly each time the slot is called up. The idea is to make play difficult for someone when there are not full reconfiguration options, to get across that this is an important feature to consider.

1. Controls randomise their order each time a slot is called up, and then stay static, until the slot is called up again (or upon a special combination of buttons).

2. The Menu button is not made available (prevents people getting exiting a game).

3. Pressing BACK + START is not made available (prevents people exiting a Raspberry Pi game).

[UPDATE] 4: BACK/SELECT should not be possible to use in combination with anything else... this will prevent resets and jumping into set-up screens.

Would be hugely appreciated if anyone can help with this. The randomisation part stops people getting familiar with a set-up, and hopefully would include rotating / messing up axis.

Hope someone can help,

Barrie

Working at the moment, but it may be possible. I'll have to look into using the rand feature to set the button values. Then re-map them. I don't think it is impossible to do, and I think that the idea is a good one. Great way to show people how hard it can be to play. I'll see what I can do to help make this work for you.

What controller are you using? With different buttons on them want to try to get a good idea on how to "mess them up" more accurately without having it go too crazy trying to use buttons that are not there.

Thank so much J2Kbr, that would be appreciated, enjoy your trip!

If you get a chance, I sent a quick DM, regarding a new problem I'm having since the update of GTuner to 3.50 I think.

I'm using some keyboard short-cuts in JoyToKey, that I need to have access to within MaxAim D.I. in capture mode. Unfortunately, (I think) since the update I no longer can use things like CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F1 (left-stick mode) and CTRL+ALT+SHIFT+F3 (right-stick mode on the fly) from the keyboard. Might this be related to something in your updated code (perhaps to speed up polling) or should I look elsewhere for the problem? At the minute, everything's pointing at MaxAim to my mind.

Sorry to hassle you! I've moved this across to here as a separate thread: http://www.consoletuner.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=4638
