Is this script possible for the T1?

I am considering getting a T1 if this script works. For an FPS game I wanted to have anti-recoil on my primary weapon, and rapid fire on my secondary weapon. So the Anti-recoil would be on with rapidfire off, then when the button Y is pressed to swap weapons, Anti-recoil will be turned off and rapidfire turned on (and vice versa). I also wanted to add a few button remaps and auto-sprint that will always be on despite pressing Y. Is this possible with the T1 device?
