Help Converting PS4 Buttons to XBox One

I know there is a chart or web page available that converts PS4 and XBOX One buttons. However, I can not find that information anywhere right now.

Does anyone have a link to it?

If not, would anyone be able to give me the XBox One equivalents to the following buttons:
PS4_LX
PS4_RX
PS4_CIRCLE
PS4_CROSS

Most of those, if not all, should translate over as is regardless of controller. It was done that way more for readability, but having said that I've got the list and I'll translate them below. It can become messy to try to read if both systems show.

PS4_LX -> XB1_LX
PS4_RX -> XB1_RX
PS4_CIRCLE -> XB1_B
PX4_CROSS -> XB1_A

That should do the trick for you.
