Help with Fortnite Code

Hello, i was wondering if it was possible to use/convert code from the device on my titanone? and if so could someone etheir convert this code for me? or show me how to do it myself? I dont really have alot of knowledge on coding so far and am i kinda bad when it comes to this kinda stuff but am very intrested in learning more about it.
