Reconnect Controller/loss of control issue ps4

I can play for about ten minutes and then the controller just stops responding. I have to unplug the device and then plug it back in to get to work again. Ten minutes later, same problem. It happens with both the Hori pad and the DS4. I tried changing the settings in gtuner that was recommended for people who had this issue with xb1. Any help would be great, because basically the game is unplayable when you never know when you are going to lose controller...

I will make sure the Extension cable use to connect the Device to PS4 is not Too long and its well made
we recommend Extension 28/24AWG Cable (Gold Plated), next cable the PC PROG Port check that as well make sure is
well made cable , and finally start enabling and disabling Speed up setting in device Options
I start default and have everything Uncheck.

These past few days I'm playing BF4 on PS4 with MaixAim for hours. I'm not experiencing what you described. I'm using the DS4 for authentication, I have all "Speed up Settings" enabled and I have the device directly connected on PS4 (no extension cable).

Here few things I suggest try:
1) Try enable all speed up settings
2) Try disable all speed up settings
3) Try use MaxAim standalone version (not the plugin)

If nothing works please check if when you loose control with MaxAim the DS4 controller still working or not?
and what is shown on device's display?

I tried all of those things: CM is plugged directly into ps4. I even removed the case to make sure it wasn't a bad connection from the tight fit.
Ran max aim alone.
Changed speed settings and tried different iterations.
The display on the device when I lose control is the 3 lines.... and no the controller no longer functions when it happens.

sorry to take too long to reply you. I'm trying reproduce here. I believe you are the only one facing this issue as we didn't get any report like your from other users.

Which is strange is you having this specific problem and everything else working just fine.

I'll need your help to go more deep on that, I hate ask but I need you make a few more tests:

1) It is possible to you test the DS4 + MaxAim on PS3?

2) When the controller stop work, you can still see the inputs on Gtuner's Monitor?

3) What is the value shown on CPU load (Gtuner's Monitor) after the controller stop work?

i have the same problem...i hope with the next update they will fix this bug
