Need help connecting PS4 controller to Xbox One

I feel like this should be easier, and if it is ... maybe I'm just missing it.

So I've scoured the internet and the help sections of the website for some kind of walkthrough instructions on how to get this working. I simply cannot find it, nor can I seem to get this working on my own.

I've already gone and added the profile to memory slot 1 and sync'd my device. Now what? I have the bluetooth dongle. Whenever I plug the Titan One into my Xbox One, it simply flashes back and forth between what looks like an A and a U with a dot. Clicking the button on it does nothing, and the bluetooth dongle flashes constantly. I've even tried unplugging the dongle and plugging in the PS4 controller directly.

I feel like this process should be way easier, maybe with some better instructions. If they are out there, they sure aren't easy to find.

Here the quick guide to use the DS4 on XB1

1) Connect your Titan One on XB1 (it will start flash AU)
2) Connect a XB1 controller on Titan One (for authentication)
3) When the device show 0 (auth done), remove the XB1 controller
4) Plug your DS4 controller on Titan One.

At this point you should be able to use the DS4 on XBox One console.

Thank you for the reply. The step I was missing was to plugin the XB1 controller for authentication.

What I need to do is get the bluetooth working. What I'm doing now is plugging in the bluetooth dongle and pressing the PS button + share button in an attempt to pair, and it does nothing.

If I plugin the PS controller directly to the titanone after authentication then it works, but it will not pair wirelessly.

Have you Enable Dualshock 4 Bluetooth searching in Device Options ?
