The sensitivity shouldn't be set to 0 (unless for testing). But, to explain the "reticle shifts upward", it should be due the dead-zone component, if you really want "disable" the Y axis, also make the deadzone on Y to 0.

Thank you for your reply! Yes, it is for testing purposes only. I'm trying to figure out why diagonal movements are much more faster than horizonal or vertical.
I tried to set Y Deadzone to 0 as well. That's my settings:
But still I got the same problem. Here is the video:

That is intriguing ... with that settings you shouldn't have any Y component. If you open the Device Monitor, on the output area, the RY changes from 0?

PS4_RY = -1 when controller is plugged into INPUT port on T1. Then I unplugged controller, rebooted PS4, restarted Gtuner, and tried again without controller. Now PS4_RY = 0, reticle moves upward way less then before but still moves. Should I keep my controller unplugged?

These are my final settings for Over watch, to note my in game sensitivity is 95Y and 100X
