Maxaim DI App And Stand Alone Time Out

I have been having an issue whilst using a DS4 on my PS4 for Keyboard and Mouse support.
Wether or not I use the crossover feature, disable rumble over BT, have any of the device options ticked in any order, output protocol on ps4 or auto I get issues.
Issue one using Blue Tooth: I will lose function of KB&M. If I unplug the Titan One and plug back in I regain control until the next tine every 10 minutes or so.
Issue two: when playing wired I will lose use of KB&M but unplugging and plugging T1 to console does not work as the MaxAim DI pluggin has closed itself (not crashed, just closed).

I have tried both versions of Max Aim plugin as well as stand alone.

I have tried different cables and DS4 controls.

I have tried opening app as admin.

I cannot use game controllers due to disabillity so the Titan One offers me the abillity to use what works for me, ai am desperate to get this working please help.

My setup: Windows 10 64 pro, i5 4460, 16gb ddr3, r9 390. Application saved to ssd with operating system.
All drivers are up to date, Titan One using latest firmware and Gtuner updated to latest version.

Did you enabled the PS4 partial crossover support? Because in your case it should be disabled and should not disconnect every 10 mins.

Yes I do.

With the bluetooth connection this is how my settings look:

I have tried it with this setting off and get the same issue. I have also tried wired by usb to the Titan One with this setting off and even on just in case.

This feature must be disabled to use MaxAim DI because the DS4 is plugged in the Titan One for the authentication while you use the KBM from your PC. In this case there is no disconnection. Your issue is something else.

Yes while wired to titan one the crossover function is usually disabled, I only enabled it as was experiencing problems but disabled again.
When wired after 10 minutes the max aim di actually closes. Gtuner is still on but the plugin shuts down. It also does this with the stand alone max aim di program and the older version too.
I have now also tried running it in compatibility mode for windows 8 but still have same issues.

Just to confirm, I have since uninstalled and reisnatalled Gtuner and Maxaim di, I have made sure crossover is not checked, the controller is wired to the input of the titan one.
I get about ten minutes of use from kb&m and then the maxaim plugin closes by itself. No windows errors.

I click enter capture mode, I get three lines on my device, every thing works as it should.
minutes later: Playststion message says device unplugged, MaxAim DI closes automatically and titan one changes from 3 lines to a "0"

Okay, let focus in the scenario where you have the DS4 controller connected to the Titan One.

When running MaxAim DI, do you also have any script loaded into the selected MaxAim DI profile?

Along with MaxAim DI do you also have any other program running and sending keyboard or mouse commands?

Side note that may be relevant: MaxAim DI automatically quits Capture Mode if its window loses focus (not active application)
