8bitdo SN 30 Pro USB controller not recognized on Switch?

My 8bitdo SN Pro 30 USB wired controller is not detected on Switch via Titan. Why? The controller and the Titan One work fine otherwise. It's "detected" as a USB Pro Controller, but none of the inputs work. Other third party and official controllers work as they should. Anyone know a workaround?
