titan one cannot be found on my PC

Ive tried many things including using different micro usb cords and nothin, the device itself will flash 1 then 3. when i press the reset button on the back i get a 3 with two dots diagnal from eacother (bottom left and top right). I dont know what else to do at this moment.

you cannot redo the update when the pc cannot find the device in the first place is what im trying to explain. Whats strange about the error codes is that mine doesnt show what is listed just the numbers 1 and 3. even when reset is pressed 3 is shown as well instead of a P like its suppose to

He was saying you should try connecting in programming mode. (tutorial is linked there)
Maybe try on another computer if that doesn't work?

Ive tried another computer, same issue arises. it does not go into program mode (the P does not show up) and the same letter 3 with two dots

It is possible you need to double press the recovery button on the back of the Titan One to enter in Recovery mode.

tried that, triple clicked, clicked and held for 5 then 10 seconds. same screen, no P

There is maybe a problem with your device:

E1: Means hardware faulty. The device needs to be replaced.
E2: Means security check fail. The device is not genuine.
E3: Means software error. Please report to development team for further investigation.

ive sent 2 messages and havnt heard anything in the past three days. my device is not working as should and i spent 60 dollars on it. im getting worried.

E1, unfortunately, is hardware defect. I am sorry for the issue. Please contact the retailer you purchased the device for a replacement. Here, at the consoletuner.com, we don't have access to stock or units. This is totally handled by our retailers.
