The best option is to connect a USB switch like the IOGear GUS404 or GUS402 to the Xim4 to swap m/kb between console and PC. I have two of them in my setup and they work well, though frequent swapping on-the-fly from Xim to PC can cause m/kb disconnects.

Mouse and keyboard plug into the USB switch. USB switch plugs into Xim4. Xim4 into Titan One. Titan One into PC. Run the PC app and use the PS4 Remote Play output protocol.

Also ensure that USB hot swapping is enabled in Xim Manager > Global Settings.
