Titan 1 device not found

I have Bought my titan 1 and installed gtuner pro and it says my device cannot be found I have tried resetting my titan 1 but the device still cannot be found by the app please help!

Try an other Micro USB cable to connect the Titan One to the PC thru the Prog port.
Console tuner since my 1st controller.
Scripting, a game in the game.

Also try re-flash the firmware using the recovery mode and Gtuner Pro, as explained here:

It may be necessary double press the reset button to enter in the programing mode (P).
