Postby Mr Ash » Wed Sep 26, 2018 1:24 am

I have have been reading the forums and couldn't find a answer
I am trying to use the titan one on my Xbox one. I have followed the instructions and can not get pass the ( AU) phase.
1 Plugged the Titan one to the Xbox one
2 take the batteries out of the Xbox one controller
3 plugged the controller to the titan one via micro USB cable
and here it continuously cycles the AU, on the LED on the Titan One it flashes like this [ 'A. ] and [ 'U.] can someone help me get through this please

After plugging the Xbox One controller on the Titan One, please check if the bottom dot on the display turns off. If not, please try use another micro-usb cable to test. Thanks.

I have tried multiple micro USB cable and there is a dot on the top and bottom. I also tried flashing the titan one firmware a few times and still can't get it to work.

If the bottom dot stays on, means the device was not able to communicate with the controller (this dot should turn off when a controller is plugged).

Do you have any other controller you can test to check if this dot turns off? thanks.

Just to make sure that you are using the correct port to connect the controller with the Titan One please look at this picture:
https://www.consoletuner.com/kbase/gett ... s=AQAAGA==
The controller has to be connected to (1) Input , not to the side port (5)PC Prog of the Titan one.

As for a last test, please try this:

1. Connect the device to your PC and open Gtuner Pro;
2. Go to top menu Tools -> Device Monitor;
3. Plug the controller on the Titan One and check if the controller is recognized by the Titan One and if you can see the controller buttons being activated.

Thanks.
