I plug my device up, it installs the drivers and everything. I put it in programming mode, and hit firmware update. It says my devices firmware version is unknown because its new. Then when I hit update, it says complete. I hit finish and it says "Cant update firmware (Error:4) please contact your support team....

The firmware update was not available until few minutes ago, as all devices were being shipped with v2.0.

We just released version 2.01, you should be able to update now.
