Hello! I have been using Titan One for a while now, and recently it has stopped working.

Now, when I plug in my Titan One it skips the Authentication on the l.e.d screen and skips straight to the standby animations with two dots.

When I plug my controller in, it recognizing it fine but it still, even though plugged into my console, displays the dot on the top left side of the led screen and the controller won't do anything.

When I have everything plugged in, it shows 0 with the top left dot still there, and the controller won't do anything.

I spent a good $80 on this and wouldn't like it to go to waste.

Based in your message it seems the output port of your device is damaged. However, there is a chance the output protocl configured in your device is not compatible with the console in use, in this case please configure the output protocol to AUTOMATIC by connecting your device on PC (using the PCPROG port), open Gtuner Pro and click on menu Tools -> Options ... in the Options window, click on Device tab.
