Hi, I’ve been told to come here to try troubleshoot my problem. As of about 2 days ago my titan one which had previously worked fine now does not detect my Xbox 1 and constantly returns an E1 error. I’ve ensured all outputs are correct (automatic/XB1), all firmware is updated to newest versions and tried various cables though the problem arises with not being able to detect the console. I’ve tried to reflash or something the titan one but when I attempt to enter programming mode by clicking the button/hole on the titan one it simply turns of the LED and does not enter programming mode which I have done before.

Based in your description it seems the device’s hardware is defective (E1 = hardware defect). I am sorry for the issue. Please contact the retailer you purchased the device to check if is possible get a replacement.
