Have you completed the first time setup for wired connections on PS4?

Please check if there is a setting on your PS4 and if it is set to USB :
On PlayStation 4, enable wired communication:
Settings → Devices → Controllers → Communication Method: Use USB Cable.

Then disconnect/turn off all controller from your PS4 (wired and wireless)

On your Titan One:
Set the Output Protocol to PS4 or AUTOMATIC
Set the Output Protocol to PS4 or AUTOMATIC in Device Options. In order to change this option the Titan One device needs to be connected to your computer by the PCPROC side port, through a USB cable.

Connect the Titan One device to a USB port of your Playstation 4

After few seconds the display on device should start blink "AU", pointing out the PS4 is requiring authentication.
Then plugin a controller into your Titan.

USB/Bluetooth: What matters is how the T1 is connected to your Console, not how your controller is connected to the T1.
Your Titan One will be the "controller" visible to your console.

I did all the steps correctly and it still doesn't work. When I put my T1 into my ps4, it does not show A/Au, it looks exactly like in the video that I sent: a rolling 0.

Have you updated the Firmware of your Titan One ?

Connect the Titan One to a computer with Gtuner installed
With the Titan One device connected to the computer through the PC PROG port (mini-USB cable), open the Gtuner software.

Launch the firmware update wizard
On Gtuner software open the "Tools" menu and click on "Firmware Update". Follow the wizard steps until the end, it will program a recovery firmware in your device and close the wizard automatically.

My last idea that may help tracking down the issue, please try this:
  • Shutdown your console.
  • Unplug all controllers and the titan one.
  • Power on the PS4 by pressing the power button on the PS4, do NOT use a controller for that.
  • When the console is powered on plug in the T1 only (without an controller).
  • Wait a bit and report us what happens, if the PS4 recognizes it or if the T1 displays AU and what LEDS are on on the T1.
  • When it shows AU connect a controller to the T1 then.

If this isn't helping at all , I'm out of ideas and you may have to wait for someone else with an idea or wait for J2Kbr (the dev) to help. J2kbr will find your post but you can write him a PM directly too.

They dont dupport the t1 users ...u are not alone with the trouble you bought with the t1.
But you have to find a solution by yourself since no dev is giving answers or an update for the t1 fixing the problems with the ps4.

Im sorry but i bought mine 2 weeks ago and i regret it already.

Good luck .

It looks like his problem is a different one than your as he isn't getting any control at all via the controller on the T1.

Doesn't it work fine via USB for you when you set the setting on the PS4 for the controllers to "communicate via USB only" ?

I know that sticking to wired play sucks when one is used to wireless.

But yes.. I kind of wondering about the lack of the normally fast and reliable support power from J2kbr too.
The T1 issue should be fixed without having to wait a month or more.
I hope he is getting back on track soon.
