RT and LT (triggers) not working at all with Titan One

Postby Nakka » Fri May 24, 2019 9:44 am

I was unable to find an answer or similar problem in searching:

My RT (Right Trigger) and LT (Left Trigger) do not register at all in game or when remapped.

Details:
Xbox One
Xbox One Wireless controller
-IF I connect the controller wireless (no Titan One) the triggers work
-If I connect the controller wired through USB 3.0 data cord (my Samsung phone data/charge cord) the triggers work
-If I connect the controller wired through same data cord into the Titan One (no PC connection) the triggers stop working (every other key works)
-If I connect through the PC with MaxAim and the same controller and data cord setup, all key mappings work except the triggers (the controller continues to work as well but still not the triggers)

I am going to purchase the official plug and charge cord for the controller to see if it is part of the problem (I need one anyway) but since the cord I am using works without the Titan One being used I do not think it is the source of the problem. I am using the official xbox one controller as well. I do not have a different controller to try (I do not think my PC/Android GameSir controller is compatible)

Is there any solution or workaround? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to our forums.

First, be sure your Titan One has the latest firmware release installed.

Then, try this:

1. Connect the Titan One device to your PC via PCPROG port and open Gtuner Pro;
2. Go to top menu Tools -> Device Monitor;
3. Plug the XB1 controller on the device and check if the controller is recognized by the Titan One and if you can see the controller triggers being activated in this interface.

Please keep me updated on the results.
