Nintendo Switch Controller won't rumble

The setting within the system says the rumble feature is on. However once I used the Titan One, the rumble no longer works. Also if I use a PS3 controller in place of the pro controller, will the controller still rumble?

The rumble on Nintendo Switch is not yet supported by the Titan One (it is on the Titan Two device). The upcoming firmware update should bring this support for the Titan One.

Great to hear! Is there an ETA on the firmware update? I am making a mod for Super Smash bros Ultimate and it would really help if the device would rumble when connected to the Titan One (even if it is not HD rumble).

We should have a Titan One FW update released shortly.

I know that a new firmware (2.66) and gtuner software (3.60) was released for the titan one. However, the rumble feature still doesn't seem to work with the switch pro controller. I'm currently trying on the official switch controller connected to the switch with the titan one device. I made sure that the rumble was on in system settings. Maybe I'm missing something? Or does the titan one device still not support rumble and I have to wait for a future firmware update?

The Switch HD Rumble support was not possible to add on the 2.66 update, sorry. I am still working on this. Thank you for your patience.
